Senior Architectural Associate

Reference: BH-23392

Our client who is a leading architecture firm is seeking a Senior Architectural Associate in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate on space planning assignments, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction observation.
Prepare compelling storytelling presentations (using PowerPoint or other media) and develop coherent sets of tender drawings.
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, fabricators, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project goals.
Review shop drawing submissions and finish samples to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
Conduct site observations to monitor construction progress and verify that planning and design intent are successfully implemented.
Perform QA/QC on all works, both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor or Master Degree in Architecture with 3-5 years relevant experience in architectural practice.
Excel in 3D modelling, visualisation, and graphic software; BIM skillset is strongly preferred. Others include AutoCAD, Sketch-up, Enscape, Adobe and as well as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices.
Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, authority requirements, and compliance protocols.
Experience in Healthcare Projects would be a plus.
