Finance Admin Assistant (AR & AP, Up to $2400, West near MRT)

Up to $2400 (Salary Commensuate based on relevant years of experiences)
Permanent Role with AWS and Variable Bonus
Town Council, West near MRT station
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sat Half Day 8.30am to 12.30pm (Rotate Once Every 3 weeks)
Experiences in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable is a MUST

Responsibilities:

Perform accounting duties such as bank reconciliation, AR, AP, invoicing, data entry etc
Handle general administrative duties
Perform counter duties on rotation basis (eg collection of payments, attending to resident enquiries etc)
Assist in preparing monthly reports, perform day-end closing, prepare payment vouchers & remnder notices

Requirements:

NITEC or Diploma in Accounting
Minimum 2 years of accounting working experiences in AR and AP
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive working attitudem proactive and meticulous
Fluent in Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers
