Our Client is a European financial institution, a market leader in the segment they operate in. As a result of continuing business needs, there is now a role for a Regional Legal Counsel to be part of team based in Singapore supporting the Asia Pacific operations.

You will have:

Min 2-4 PQE
Experience in Capital markets, Banking and Finance ISDA or M&A in private practice or in an inhouse capacity
Intellectual property, data protection exposure will be advantageous
Providing practical solutions while working with the business
Good understanding of technology platforms, good knowledge of regional financial markets and related regulatory requirements
