THE ROLE
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to assist our clients propel their businesses forward.  Working with your direct reports and other team members you will thrive on the challenge of providing advice on a variety of services and tax issues to a diverse and interesting client base.   

ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role you will need

• Minimum 5 years experience in a chartered environment
• Degree qualified
• CA or CPA
• Very strong business advisory skills
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in tax and accounting compliance 
• The ability to build strong connections with Clients 
• Enjoy challenging work and ongoing development and a pathway to Partnership
• Strong values and ethics
• Ideally you will have had some experience working with the Medical or Hospitality industry

Most of all you will need the right attitude and drive to succeed coupled with people skills.  You are a "Manager of People" with excellent technical taxation knowledge and have demonstrable experience delegating, managing work-flow, mentoring and reviewing others.  You enjoy helping client's build their businesses and being integral to the client relationship.
