MUST HAVE : HR project management / HR workflow expert / HR Transformation - experience from a Non-IT point of view

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
In this role, you will be partnering with stakeholder groups across the government department supporting a team to deliver implementation activities. The role focuses on project/program delivery, in a matrix management environment to deliver sustainable business outcomes.
 
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Support the stand up of implementation activities by partnering with the implementation stakeholder groups/teams (People & Culture and the business)
  • Provide project management to problem solve, overcome project challenges and support successful outcomes.
  • Project updates on performance, risks, and issues, and report key milestones and interdependencies to leadership for decision-making (as required).
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment and support across implementation.
  • Attend and contribute to key governance meetings and ensure projects align with governance frameworks
  • Understand the incoming pipeline of activity and collaborate with the service teams to ensure appropriate resource allocation to meet implementation needs.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify issues and track their resolution, ensuring accountability for implementation activities is upheld while identifying and addressing potential risks to drive successful business outcomes.
