  • Maximise scale, productivity and work flow for your team of 6
  • Coach, develop and lead your team by example displaying exceptional service
  • Manage compliance framework for leads and customer interactions
  • Support and contribute to team performance in lending conversions 

Profile
  • Mortgage broking and Finance cert 5 essential
  • Demonstrated experience in Mortgage lending and measurable success
  • Exception customer service and emotional intelligence
  • Strong ability to assess and mitigate risk
  • Understanding of legislative requirements
  • Previous team management and a desire to grow in this area
