Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning, design, and technical evaluation of offshore substations for offshore wind farms.
• Conduct technical reviews throughout different project phases, including early-stage planning, design development, and construction/manufacturing.
• Collaborate with international design teams on offshore substation design discussions.
• Interpret and apply relevant design standards and regulatory requirements in Taiwan.
• Willing to travel domestically for short-term assignments.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in civil or structural engineering.
• Experience in wind power projects and a Professional Engineering License are a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, coordination, and report-writing skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and eager to continuously learn and grow.
