Business focused Project Manager 
Delivery of Digital transformation projects
Hybrid work arrangement - Sydney Burwood/wfh

This role reports to the Head of the Program Management Office. It is responsible for the  delivery of digital transformation projects to the business in Operations and Engineering. The focus is ensuring alignement of projects across the program and  planned outcomes are achieved. Particularly related to schedule, scope, benefits realisation, budget, risk and stakeholder management; project governance and documentation. 

Accountabilities include:
  • End to end project management from initiation of projects and work streams to delivery
  • Development and management of project controls, plans, schedules, inter-dependencies
  • Stakeholder management, internal and external, to define and agree on scope and integration into BAU 
  • Lead project teams to deliver projects aligned to business and customer requirements 

Skill & Experience

  • Demonstrated end to end project management including  in complex environments - including strong governance and controls
  • Experience in transformation projects including business change
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels
  • Proven leadership skills 
  • Understanding of working with IT to deliver business solution (this is not an IT role)
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent demonstrated experience in project management in a large complex customer service environment
