Regulatory Reporting Ops Specialist – Investment Management Firm

We are looking for a Regulatory Reporting Ops Specialist with at least 5 years of experience in regulatory reporting operations to join a global investment management firm.

The client is a global investment management firm with a global presence across 10 cities and an AUM of USD 50 billion.

Key responsibilities include:

Responsible for the delivery of regulatory reports and controls frameworks for the region while working closely with internal teams globally.
Responsible for the daily, weekly, and monthly reporting metrics spanning the operational trade lifecycle (trade volumes, matching, settlement, and positions/balances).
Consolidation of key regulatory reports for local and international regulators.
Create and manage comprehensive scorecards aligning key performance indicators by asset class, market, broker, trading group, legal entity etc.
Perform data analytics to identify trends and gaps and automate any manual reporting processes through programming and business intelligence tools (VBA/SQL/Python/Tableau).
Adhoc duties as required.

Successful candidate’s background:

At least 5 years of relevant Ops experience in the financial services with specific regulatory reporting experience.
Strong knowledge in financial instruments, securities and derivatives.
Knowledge in VBA/SQL/Python/Tableau and other business intelligence tools is preferred.
Excellent communication and written skills as required to work closely with local and global stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
