Our Client is a reputable insurance market leader in the region, with a strong focus on taking advantage of technological advancements to drive their business strategy. They have a strong presence in major Asian territories and are seeking a Legal Counsel to strengthen their team.

You will:

Have 3-5 Years of PQE, Qualified in Singapore or other Common Law jurisdictions
Have corporate commercial experience acquired from the insurance industry
Be reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements entered into in the ordinary course of an insurance business (life and general)
Be providing timely and accurate legal advice on contractual, regulatory, corporate governance and litigation issues
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and policies that are applicable to an insurance business
