Apply: Business Risk Manager

Reporting to the Head of Risk Management, you will be an integral member of the broader risk management team and work closely with the business leadership to ensure their success in the achievement of commercial and strategic objectives.

Using your commercial acumen, strategic mindset and objective you will assist the business with the design and implementation of the risk framework and strategy, assess business controls  and continually drive an uplift in the organisation's risk aware and engaged culture.

In addition, you will be working on a number of strategic initiatives including the development of the Risk Culture program.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in risk management gained within financial services, be proactive, enjoy working with senior level business stakeholders and gain satisfaction from a role with a build or fix mandate.
