The Role:

The client is a leading mid-market Private Equity firm with Global presence seeking an experienced European Investment Head to lead Europe investment across industries. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of Europe Majority/Significant Minority investment experience across Industrial/Healthcare/Consumer sectors and have strong first-hand deal origination capabilities.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Strong entrepreneurial profile: demonstrated capacity to start a new venture in the private equity sector
15-year combined experience in private equity, consulting and/or investment banking
Experience in a senior executive position at a private equity buyout fund with a track record of at least 10 years in European Private Equity
Expertise in the execution of full life cycle private equity investments, from sourcing and evaluating deals, to structuring and execution, ongoing supervision of business operations, and exit
Experience with deal origination, deal making, and fund representation, as well as managing and coordinating front-end investment teams
