Head of Sales (Payments)

A leading fintech unicorn is expanding rapidly across Southeast Asia and is building its core leadership team in Singapore. Backed by top global investors, the company powers digital payments and financial services.

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Sales Leader to drive growth in Singapore. You’ll own the P&L, build and lead a high-performing sales team, and define go-to-market strategy across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and marketing to shape localized solutions for the region.

What You'll Do:

Own revenue targets, forecast and drive aggressive growth
Build and lead the Singapore sales team
Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies
Engage with C-level clients and partners
Collaborate across Asia teams for product and market alignment

Ideal Candidate:

10–15 years of B2B fintech/payments sales experience (bank or fintech)
Proven experience scaling early-stage businesses
Strong team-building and leadership capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
