Description 

This Director role for BD is responsible for taking on a strategic approach to developing business across current contracts and building new opportunities.  Undertaken by a highly collaborative and customer focussed style the right partner for this business with have a wealth of experience selling and managing sales people in a consultative manner handling multimillion dollar bids/deals and know how to accelerate growth in difficult and successful market places. 

Profile

The role would require a highly passionate and self-motivated, business development focused executive who is able to drive commercial strategies with client, company and internal team factor complexities in mind at the same time.   You will be a solutions-oriented and customer-minded professional who can collaborate with other leaders in the business, so their and your teams are as effective as possible.
