Client Details

This group of restaurants are well known across Melbourne for having the wow factor, in hand with great food and service.  Largely why they have won many awards and records.  with a dozen venues and hospitality reopening the group are looking for a new Group Executive/Head Chef. 

Description 

The group are looking for someone to put their creative stamp upon the groups portfolio of venues, all of which have different styles and menus.  Creating signature dishes that will complement the wow factor the venues themselves command.  You will also have had experience in the following:
  • Menu Development
  • Stock ordering and management 
  • Managing brand and house standards
  • Be the leader of an exceptional team, effective management of kitchen staff, including rostering and timesheet management
  • Ensuring quality of product and service, including performance reviews
  • Effective communication with restaurant management and front of house staff
