We are seeking motivated Project Support Officers to join a dynamic team delivering consumer-focused energy programs. This role will be key in supporting the Power Saving Bonus program, ensuring a strong customer experience while providing high-quality project administration and operational support.

About the Role
As Project Support Officer, you’ll play a critical role in processing applications, resolving customer enquiries, and supporting project delivery. You’ll also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program outcomes are achieved on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide program and project administration support for the Power Saving Bonus initiative.
  • Resolve customer enquiries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Support the preparation of project reports, monitoring and evaluation activities.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-focused culture.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
