Associate, Financing (Corporate Development)

Permanent headcount, based in Singapore
Leading diversified conglomerate in real estate, hospitality, transportation, e-mobility
Candidates must have relevant work experience with loans, financing/ debt financing

Responsibilities would include:

Be involved in capital raising and corporate development deals, spanning diversified sectors
Oversee financial modelling & valuation (including building company models from scratch) for group companies in assigned sectors
Assess and implement optimal funding structures and capital raising solutions including loans, exchangeable / convertible bonds, pre-IPO / IPO financing across business verticals
Coordinate internally and oversee end-to-end deal execution and project management of all capital raising activities, negotiation, managing documentation, and due diligence processes.
Obtaining senior management approvals, preparing investor marketing materials
Maintain awareness of the industry, leverage market and competitive intel, staying abreast of emerging trends and opportunities including competition, changes in customer preference, etc.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Minimum 2-5 years of relevant loans experience eg. Debt financing, loan syndication, loans product etc
Excellent quantitative and financial modelling skills
Ability to multitask; project management skills, team player
Display good business judgment, negotiation skills and relish working in fast-paced, highly professional environment
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
