Patients Service Executive (1 Year Contract, Office Hours, Entry Level NITEC)

Office Hours, Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5pm, Sat Half Day
Multiple Vacancies in Clinics and Hospitals for Various Locations
Fluent in Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking patients
Entry Level for NITEC holder
Immediate Starter highly preferred

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to patients in the Laboratory and Radiography sections.
Responsible for the reception of all appointment and walk-in patients at the laboratory and radiography clinic.
Answering incoming telephone calls, managing patients' registration, assisting in appointment scheduling
Performing general administration and cashier's duties.

Requirements:

NITEC holder
Positive thinker, team player with a pleasant disposition
Hard working
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service experiences
Fluent in Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking patients when needed
Basic computing knowledge and willing to learn.
