The Role:
My Client is a leading Investment Bank and we are looking for a FCC Compliance Manager for the Singapore office. You will be given the autonomy to spearhead new FCC Compliance polices and framework across the region, and work closely with a wider team across Asia.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and spearhead the FCC and AML policies across SG and HK.
Provide FCC Compliance and Business Advisory to global stakeholders
Act as the MLRO and ensure that all transactions are in line with the rules and regulations
Review KYC policies and ensure that they are in line with policies and procedures
Conduct and spearhead Enterprise Risk and AML policies for the group entity.

Requirements:

A bachelors degree in a reputable university
At least 8 to 10 years in FCC Compliance – ideally with some experience in KYC / CDD
Financial Crime or AML related certification – ACAMS etc
Experience in working with MAS / HKMA
Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
