Our client, an international law firm with a busy and highly successful workplace relations practice is seeking a Senior Associate with
5-9 years’ PAE
to join their friendly and collegiate team.
Description
In this role, you will represent a variety of clients including large ASX-listed companies, SME's, publicly-owned entities, government and major insurers. You will advise across a diverse range of advisory and litigious workplace relations matters including industrial relations, occupational health and safety, discrimination, unfair dismissal and general protections, workplace investigations and the employment law aspects of mergers, acquisitions and restructures.
Profile
With at least 5 years PAE, your experience in workplace relations has come from a leading specialist boutique firm, mid-large sized law firm, or alternatively in house. Technically strong, you are an accomplished senior associate - you are comfortable running your own matters, delegating to junior lawyers and providing practical advice to your clients. You are commercially focused and enjoy being involved in strategic business development.
