Accounting Manager [Central/ Construction background/ $5000]

Oversee accounting matters such as payments, claims, general accounting, and administration
Assists in project cost tracking and monitoring
Assist in the review of:
- Quarterly cashflow projections
- Yearly budget, estimate and forecast
- Monthly closing and management reports
Assist with year end audit
Support various ad-hoc projects, if any

Qualifications

Degree in Accountancy / Finance or ACCA
More than 5 years’ experience preferably with audit / commercial accounting experience
Working experience in the construction industry
