Our Client is a global conglomerate with multiple business lines. Your main responsibilities would be to prepare and circulate board resolutions, maintain minutes books and prepare agendas for quarterly board meetings. ACRA filings are also done where required. Our client is a listed company, and as such prior experience in a listed company is compulsory.

You must:

Be ISCA-certified
Have at least 5 years of corporate secretarial experience, including 2 years or more in a listed company
Have excellent understanding of the Singapore Companies Act and SGX listing requirements
Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
