Continuing our partnerships with various prominent companies within the Perth market, we currently have the need for experienced and professional Executive Assistants.

We are looking for people with a broad range of skillsets including:

Proven Executive Assistant experience (min 5 years);
Travel booking experience (interstate and overseas);
Minute taking;
Preparation of Agendas, Executive Reports;
Diary Management;
Event management;
Some finance knowledge i.e Accounts Payable/Receivable etc;
Sound knowledge of MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint;

You will also have:

Ability to multi-task;
Exceptional communication – both written and verbal;
Ability to handle sensitive information;
Ministerial experience;
Knowledge of preparing Board Papers;
Professional dress standard.
