Our Client is a major utilities provider, with a strong presence in APAC and Australia. You will lead all compliance and regulatory activities and ensure new operating standards are adhered to. This is a customer-facing role and you will also be required to lead negotiations of commercial agreements for major customers.
You will have:

At least 8-10 years of relevant experience
Regulatory compliance and policies experience
Experience in a law firm or corporate legal department would be advantageous, but not necessary
Strong business and commercial acumen
