The Role:
Our client is a reputable UK law firm and they are now seeking a dispute lawyer in the firm’s Shanghai office. You will work with partners across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore and the APAC region, advising clients on international arbitration and disputes work. experienced dispute partners and associates. The role also offers some exposure to regulatory matters and sanctions.
 
Requirements:

• 4-6+ PQE with strong litigation and arbitration background
• Experience in international trade / shipping matters a plus
• Common law qualification is essential (HK/SG/E&W/US)
• Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese as you will liaise with English and Chinese speaking stakeholders.
