Role   :  Senior GIS Asset Management Analyst (Technical)
Initial contract            :   Till Mar '26
Location                     :   Bankstown ( Civic Tower - Head Office, 2200 )
Hours Per Week  : 35.00
MUST HAVE :  asset management and Geographical Information Systems

Primary Skills
- Advanced knowledge of asset management and Geographical Information Systems
- Advanced knowledge of asset portfolio financial modelling applications such as MyPredictor.
- Understanding of asset management programs in Councils
- Work with asset owners to populate the asset register within the appropriate system.
- Work with asset owners to develop asset management plans for all asset classes.
- Perform advanced data and spatial analysis and prepare online reports to be shared internally or externally.
- Assist with workflow redesign and operational reviews across the organisation to incorporate asset management
