Overview: We are seeking experienced Senior Business Analysts with a strong background in commercial and retail lending. This role involves engaging with a diverse range of business stakeholders, from senior executives to operations, legal, and product teams, to drive improvements in banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver enhancements in banking products and services.
  • Develop and implement business-focused customer programs in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
  • Conduct root cause and gap analysis with a focus on risk.
  • Perform process mapping and modeling.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders, including risk, compliance, and product teams.

Experience and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years as a Senior Business Analyst with relevant experience in business banking or business lending.
  • Proven experience across the lifecycle/ecosystem of retail or business lending.
  • Recent experience in customer-impacting programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with a risk management perspective.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and modeling.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
