Are you a talented recruiting professional looking for an opportunity to showcase your skills in a globally recognized and highly successful organization? We have a new opportunity for a Senior Recruiter supporting Technology to serve as a trusted partner for Hudson RPO Americas. This is an on-site position located in Mexico City.

How you’ll shape the future of talent:

Work closely with hiring managers, and key stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising leaders and the team on market insights, trends, and competitor movements
Own the entire end to end recruitment lifecycle
Ensure accurate metrics for reporting that provides visibility of recruitment activities and results
Promote DE&I initiatives through ongoing networking, process improvement, and education

You’ll be someone who can bring:

High School diploma or equivalent education required
A minimum of 5 years of relevant recruitment and/or HR experience, including full cycle recruiting experience working closely with hiring managers filling time sensitive roles in a fast-paced, highly competitive industry preferred
Previous leadership experience is preferred, this may apply to project leadership
Process improvement driven, to develop and strengthen recruiting efforts
Technical proficiency, including experience with an ATS
Proficiency in English, within a business setting
Experience supporting hiring both in Mexico or Latin America, as well as in the United States and/or Canada
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience within Hudson RPO core industries is preferred
Knowledge of the RPO model preferred
