We're looking for a Senior Solution Architect to take a lead role on a large program of work that will transform a legacy system environment into a more contemporary, efficient and adaptable cloud-based solutions based environment.

As this program will aim to replace old legacy systems, the role will see you focus on supporting the introduction of  new platforms that will primarily be built on Microsoft enterprise cloud-based technology stack including MS Azure, MS Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Automate and SQL.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate functional and technical requirements on high impact and large complex projects that can span multiple software technologies
• Work with external vendors and internal project team to design Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including data models, configuration, customisations, integrations, and workflows.
• Review, interpret and respond to detailed business requirements to ensure alignment between customer expectations and future capability.
• Acting as a technical guide, being able to speak conceptually, document architecturally.
• Provide input to the strategic direction of technology investments to assist in the development of the enterprise architecture and maximise the return on technology investment
• Communicate with various managers and technology teams to ensure a cohesive technical strategy is designed and executed upon
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, technical specifications, data models, and architectural diagrams.

This will be a hybrid working arrangement, with a requirement to be in the office 3 days a week (Sydney CBD location).

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years’ experience in technology architecture design, implementation, and strategy in an enterprise environment.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Knowledge of multiple technology domains, including cloud computing, data management, security, and networks.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and business stakeholder management skills.
• Experience partnering with multiple delivery partners and vendors on achieving business objectives.
• Proven experience in Agile Software development environments within cloud-based projects and strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc)
• Sound technical architecture knowledge on following Microsoft modules:
  MS Dynamics
  Power Automate
  Power Apps
  MS Azure
• Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead through influence in cross-functional environments.
• Ideally you will have prior experience working within the Public Sector
