Candidates must have relevant IB/ PE / Consulting background especially leading M&A/ Fundraising deals within relevant sectors (i.e Tech, Telco, Infrastructure, Internet, Retail, Consumer, Logistics, eCommerce)

Responsibilities would include:

Lead the corporate development team and drive its journey to IPO in the next few years
Shape, lead and execute the firm’s growth strategy and strategic initiatives, ensuring the company's continued success
Identify growth opportunities and potential synergies through market research and analysis of strategic options
Lead end-to-end M&A process, from deal sourcing to integration
Fundraising and Investor relations - Develop and execute fundraising strategies to support the company's growth objectives
Prepare investment materials, including pitch decks, financial models, and business plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and establish relationships with external stakeholders, including investment bankers, advisors and investors

Profile of ideal candidate:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
At least 10-12 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, and/or Consulting PE Practice background, ideally with experience covering the TMT sector executing both M&A and Fundraising deals
Proven experience in a similar role within a high-growth tech startup or relevant industry
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strategic thinker with a track record of driving growth initiatives and delivering results
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and navigate ambiguity
