This role manages the end to end transition of IT Infrastructure Services under a significant Transition program. It reports to a Program Manager and is responsible for end to end initiation, scoping, acceptance of one or multiple workstreams. We are looking previous experience in similar projects including ITSM and Service Transition and experience with Vendor/Service Integrator and Corporate/government.

Skills and experience

  • Extensive Project Management experience of 10 years+ with end to end delivery in large-scale organisations including Managed Service Providers 
  • Project Management experience with a large Managed Service Provider or Systems Integrator delivering IT Infrastructure and Services to large clients
  • Experience in Service transition and implementation of operational support tools - Remedy, Service Now etc
  • Strong  Project Controls and Governance inc RAID, Critical Path Analysis, WBS, Resource management, planning & experience with MS Project, Jira etc
  • Professional qualification - PMP/Prince 2/Professional PM certification 
  • Experience and/or certifiction in ITIL, Lean or  Cloud is highly regarded
  • Excellent stakeholder management and Communication skills
