We are looking for qualified and experienced Electrical Transmission & Distribution Lineworkers to join our established team in Laverton North. In this role, you will focus on public lighting projects, ensuring efficient and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform construction and maintenance tasks for public lighting, including the installation of new LED streetlights.
  • Maintain and clean all equipment, vehicles, and materials.
  • Provide timely updates on work progress and quality standards.
  • Safely operate machinery, including elevated work platforms, while working at heights.
  • Use an iPad to efficiently receive and complete work tasks.
  • Contribute to innovative construction methods to enhance efficiency.
  • Maintain excellent customer relations and uphold a positive company image.
  • Adhere to the highest standards of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality performance.
Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in ESI - Power Systems - Distribution Overhead or equivalent.
  • Construction Industry White Card.
  • High Risk Licences (Elevating Work Platform, Dogging, and Rigging).
  • Victorian Lineworker Registration.
  • Current MR or HR Driver’s License.
  • Current VESI Skills passport with up-to-date training is a plus.
Skills and Experience:
  • Hands-on experience in distribution line work, meeting industry standards.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and industry requirements.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability to various work conditions, including inclement weather.
  • Commitment to high standards of safety and quality.
