Property Officer (Up to $2800, Facilities Management, Entry Level)

Up to $2800, Permanent Position with AWS and Variable Bonus
Entry Level for Diploma or NITEC with Minimum 3 years experiences in Facilities Maintenances
Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm, Alternate Saturday 8.30am to 1pm

Responsibilities:

Carry out estate inspection, identify building defects and supervise maintenance and improvement works.
Attend to residents / tenants’ enquiries, monitor contractors’ performance and manage arrear cases.
Working with grassroot leaders on maintenance issues and to organize activities
Any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

Entry level for candidate with Diploma in Building / Facilities Management / Real Estate Business / Intelligent building
NITEC with minimum 3 years experience in facilities management
Able to work under pressure
