About the Role We are seeking a highly organised Administration Support Officer to join a Contracts and Procurement team.
This role will provide essential administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations and compliance with procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Contracts and Procurement team.
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and record management.
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Support procurement activities in line with council policies and procedures.
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience working within a local council environment is essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines.
