As a Program Coordinator you will be a part of the program team and will assist to achieve program and communication goals and objectives.
 
Your responsibilities
  • Support planning and co-ordination of program activities
  • Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions
  • Schedule and organise meetings and events
  • Develop agendas, document minutes of meeting and track actions
  • Maintenance of program documentation including registers, schedules, milestone tracking and budgets
  • Ensure technology is in place for meetings and presentations
  • Keep updated records and create documentation
  • Develop effective communication strategies
  • Develop communication materials for Newsletters, Program Updates, Briefing Packs and presentations
  • Draft content for internal and external communications
  • Assist in communication of program activities
  • Ensure timely delivery of all communication 
  • Organise meetings and events
 
Your skills
  • Proven experience as a Program Co-ordinator / Communications Officer or relevant position
  • Solid understanding of Program and project management principles and practices
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
  • Experience in designing an Engagement and Communication Portal is a plus
  • Outstanding time management, organisation and planning abilities
  • Technology savvy and proficient in MS Office, MS Project
  • Advanced knowledge of Communication strategies and theory and how this is applied in practice to a program with multiple diverse organisations
  • Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams
