About the company:

Evolve Scientific is proud to be partnering with a Global Pharmaceutical Company located in Melbourne CBD to source a Human Resource Assistant to join their team on a 6 month contract with view for extension.
This ultra-modern facility is easily accessible by public transport and has free on-site parking. It is located not far from Melbourne CBD.

Role overview

  • Sourcing (e.g Seek), interviewing, screening and candidate engagement
  • Recommending external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs, including entry level
  • General Facilitation of recruitment processes and support for the Talent Acquisition team 

  • Management of pre-employment processes 

  • For more experienced candidates, manage end-to end requests 

Must-Haves:

  • Talent Acquisition experience in technical requirement for roles like Engineering, R&D or scientific/Laboratory technicians.

  • Workday experience is highly regarded

  • BSc of science or engineering
