Based in our National Support Office, in Ballarat, you will:
  • Provide graphic design solutions for print and digital media, packaging, promotional, signage, and digital multimedia marketing as guided by the CSM.
  • Produce quality artwork that follows Corporate Style Guidelines and communicates effective brand messaging. Maintain consistent file management, handling, and archiving processes
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to deliver feedback and design solutions that meet or exceed the needs of the brief.
  • Source relevant imagery/stock photography suitable for design solutions When applicable take in-house photography and videography
  • Produce final artwork with appropriate/supplied export settings, adhering to external specifications (e.g., Printers, newsprint, websites, eDMs)
  • Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and contractors to meet or exceed print deadlines
 
What we need from you:
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Experience or knowledge of design and artwork for printing and pre-press processes
  • Experience or knowledge of design and artwork for websites, eDMs and Social Media
  • High level design aesthetic with attention to detail and process
  • Previous experience using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere
  • Previous experience in packaging design and production  
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite especially InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Relevant tertiary or higher education qualifications or suitable on the job experience
