The Role:
Our client is an offshore law firm. They are now seeking to take on a corporate paralegal in their team. You will work in a team of experienced partner and associates. You will advise on international banks, financial institutions, leasing companies and corporations on bank finance and debt capital market transactions. In addition, you will assist the team to handle corporate transactions including capital market, M&A, private equity financing and investment deals.
 

Requirements:

• 1-3 year(s) of paralegal experience in Corporate
• Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin is essential)
