In view of their business expansion in the region, a well-regarded international law firm seeks a PRC Qualified Antitrust & Competition Lawyer to join their team in Hong Kong

In this role, you will also get the exposure in Corporate Commercial matters, such as Cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. Additionally, you will be required to implement complex investment structures on global merger control matters.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning Antitrust & Competition practice.

Requirements

PRC qualification preferred
2 – 3 years’ solid experience in PRC competition law.
Experience in handling Hong Kong Competition Commission investigations preferred but not essential.
Prior experience in M&A matters is useful.
Proficient in English and Mandarin
