Facilities Contracts Specialist – Government (WA) 12‑Month Contract | Leederville, WA | Up to $85.84/hr

A WA Government organisation is seeking an experienced Facilities Contracts Specialist to manage and improve facilities management contracts. This is a new position offering an ASAP start, working 38 hours per week on a 6–12 month contract.
You will support operational facilities services through contract development, lifecycle management and supplier performance oversight, working closely with Facilities, Procurement, Finance and Fleet teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and review Scopes of Work (SOWs) for facilities and maintenance services
  • Manage facilities management contracts end‑to‑end, including renewals and variations
  • Monitor supplier performance, KPIs and service levels
  • Maintain contract records and renewal schedules
  • Ensure compliance with government, WHS and procurement requirements
About You
  • Strong experience in contract management, facilities management or procurement
  • Proven ability to develop detailed SOWs for facilities or maintenance services
  • Good understanding of commercial terms, compliance and risk
  • Experience working with contract or procurement systems
  • Government or public sector experience
