Apply: Senior Manager - DC Operations and DC Facility Management

Manages the Data Center Operations across the functions in my client’s organization and lead the IT Disaster Recovery to meet the Business Continuity Planning.
 
You will develop and implement Operating policies, strategies and tactics, setting the direction to the methodologies, tools and frameworks used in Data Center planning, while building strong partnerships with key stakeholders from a strategic and operational perspective to ensure alignment with business requirements and expectations in the organization.
 
Participate in IT strategic planning, project planning and budget planning efforts.  Manage external vendors & suppliers in terms of their deliverables while establishing and maintaining strong, strategic partnerships.  Analyse technology trends and develop infrastructure strategy, architecture, and delivery processes designed for agility and cost effectiveness.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• 10 years of experience
• You will need to be strong in DC facility management, experienced to lead a large scale of DC migration/relocation
• Need to be capable in driving the IT Infrastructure DR exercise
• Drive the DC Strategy & Consolidation.  Develop and implement a DC plan to support my client’s business roadmap (in terms of hosting location & requirement)
• Provide Direction & Governance to DC Operations Team to perform the following:
  • DC Operation Support
  • DC Facility Management
  • Jobs Scheduling
  • Deployment and Service Monitoring
• Drive the IT DR solutions to meet the BCP requirements
• Drive the DC Compliance towards ISO Operations & Security standards
  
  

Data Centre Operation:

• Provide leadership for the delivery of 24*7 service operations, establishing metrics, KPIs, and service level agreements to continually improve the performance of IT operations.
