Banking Finance Associate (1-3 PQE)

We are working with a highly reputable International law firm that is looking to hire a finance lawyer based in Singapore.

The ideal candidate:

1-4 years PQE
Qualified in Singapore, Hong Kong, England & Wales and/or US
Experience drafting and negotiating complex leveraged finance transactions, including facility agreements, security documents, term sheets and related documentation
Ability to run transactions autonomously, including producing draft documents and managing the conditions precedent process
Currently based in Singapore, keen to relocate to Singapore or returning Singaporeans
International law firm trained and experience co-ordinating multi-jurisdictional deals an advantage
