The Company:

Our client, a fast-growing global insurance firm is seeking a skilled Manager/Senior Manager level candidate with experience in Tech Risk & Compliance, preferably with basic understanding on AI initiatives/ development cycle. This role will be based in Hong Kong with flexibility to also be based in Singapore.


Responsibilities:

AI Framework set up & Governance

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and develop data governance/quality innovation by using AI and Machine Learning
• Manage and plan (approach, budget, etc.) data projects
• Implement a comprehensive AI governance that encompass all aspects of AI Lifecycle, including development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement to foster a culture of Responsible AI usage

 
Data Governance

• Partner with stakeholders to promote AI & data governance awareness and culture in organisation; with respect to data governance requirements (including. personal data impact assessment, storage and retention requirements, incident reporting) that are specified in new and emerging regulations;
• Accountable for the execution of defined business rules and policy across organisation
• Ensure requirements of the AI & data governance policies and procedures are adhered to;
• Oversee the capture, maintenance and dissemination of data across of organisation;
• Review the metrics to assess and measure the success of data governance & performance

 

Requirements:

• Knowledge of data governance practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets and approaches related to data protection.
• Knowledge in data management with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure or GCP);
• Knowledge of insurance industry leading data analytics and AI practices;
• Extensive knowledge of data governance tool implementation (e.g. Informatica, Infosphere, Colibra, etc.);
