Based in our South Melbourne Support Office you will: 
  • Provide In-bound support and sales assistance via phone, email, and live-chat to PETstock pet parents and network of retail stores, services and eCommerce channel functions both in  Australia and New Zealand (Online, Auto-Ship, Click & Collect)   
  • Work closely with our store & Pet Services network to provide support for all services enquiries (grooming, dog wash, puppy school etc)  
  • Ensure customer feedback is approached in line with PETstock’s customer complaint resolution policy and in line with other business policies, procedures, and company values.  

Our PURRfect PETstock person; 
  • Is a proven ‘PEOPLE’ person, with strong interpersonal skills 
  • Established skills in providing high levels of customer service, preferable in a retail or contact centre environment  
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
  • Commitment to maintain an in-depth knowledge of PETstock products & services  
  • Experience working with a cloud-based customer management tool or ticketing system, preferably PRONTO, Shopify Zendesk & AWS 
  • Has a record of achieving results with strategic direction along with contributing to team targets  
  • Seeks opportunities to continually improve the business  
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise, manage conflicting priorities & ability to work under pressure
