Apply: Operations Manager (Based in Shanghai)

We're partnering with a global logistics service provider to identify an experienced Operations Manager. 
This role will be responsible for the warehouse operations across Greater China. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning, managing and optimizing operations across multiple warehouses 
• Propose and implement improvements for optimal warehouse operations 
• Track inventory accuracy 
• Troubleshoot & resolve any operational / service issues 
• Working with internal stakeholders to package and provide solutions to customers 
• Provide effective supervision & training for the operations team 
• Reporting to management team monthly 

To succeed in this role, you should: 

• Have experience in a similar role managing warehouse operations across Greater China 
• Have worked with commodities and be familiar with customs clearance processes 
• Possess strong leadership capabilities 
• Be an effective communicator and negotiator 
• Be bilingual in English & Mandarin
