IAM tools management, engineering, and support (Level 2)

Responsibilities:

Lead IAM support team in managing the identity access management tools and technology
Holistic correlation across systems to resolve underlying IAM issues and risks; risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks in RBAC implementations.
Fostering collaboration with key stakeholders, including Level 1 & 3 teams, stakeholders in broad security division, applications, infrastructure, business operations etc.
Address audit queries, evaluate support model effectiveness, and proactively resolve system issues.
Provide standby support for emergencies and collaborate on standard recovery processes – in case of critical incidents
Review deployment guides, manage deployment calendars, and ensure timely security updates and product patches
Supervise on BI reports, automation scripts implementation

Requirements:

8+ years IAM (Identity and Access Management), Information Security experience
Hands-on experience with RBAC and SOD (Segregation of Duty) implementation.
Strong knowledge in Oracle Identity Governance will be a plus
Proficient in Java, Python, or similar languages for automation (security engineering).
Project management experience and knowledge of relevant technologies.
