Business Development Partner (Financial Advisors)

Join a leading international business as Business DevelopmentPartner (Financial Advisor). In this role you will assist the Head of Business Development in implementing and developing strategies to the sales force by providing business supervision, business coaching, conducting training sessions, developing and implementing business plans and initiatives.

Key responsibilities

To ensure growth targets on APE and headcount within the appointed clusters are met.
Drive campaign management and incentives.
Support recruitment growth targets and activities

Key requirements

Preferably at least 5 years of relevant experience in the Financial or Insurance industry
Experienced in sales force / sales agency management or business account management
Detailed, highly analytical
Demonstrated ability to think strategically with problem solving skills
Highly motivated and well-organized.
Good standard of professional presentation and group facilitation skills
Good knowledge of insurance practices, operations and processes.
