Senior Industrial Solution Architect

My client is a fast growing and global Enterprise Service Provider. The goal is to establish a trusted relationship and strong understanding of the customer’s business, translating business needs into technical requirement and developing and presenting a technical vision, architecture and physical solution specifically modeled for the customer.

The role

Work collaboratively with the sales team on evaluating sales opportunities, and supporting the sales cycle from initial client meeting to contract signing
Work with the solution team on identifying and mapping business strengths and designing architecture which can meet customer requirements
Developing growth strategies and plans of industry solution

Responsibilities:

Understand the prospect’s business and User requirements as related to specific functions and/or capabilities of industry solutions
Identify, evaluate, and recommend proof of concept opportunities
Work closely with customers to understand their business and technical requirements
Develop, manage and maintain strong account relationships jointly with sales teams with the customers.
Manage assigned accounts by nurturing business relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and managing the sales process with an understanding of the client’s buying process
Establish a deep understanding of our customers’ business and technical needs
Define the solution and project scope according to clients’ requirements
Responsible for providing feedback from the market to Product Management and Development regarding products including coordinating gaps between product functionality and market/customer demands

Qualifications:

A relevant bachelor's degree
Basic mandarin speaking to our clientele is a must
You would have worked in a System Integrator established organizations in your career
Minimum 12 years’ experience in Financial ICT related experience
Strong ability to identify, document and articulate the business and technical requirements of a prospective customer during the full sales cycle – qualification, proposal, post-sale transition
Fin-tech or digital banking experience (Preferred)
Excellent customer facing and presentation skill
