Successful national logistics company who have grown $100m in the last year now require a M&A integration manager with recent and future companies acquiring.

About The Role

We currently have an opportunity for an Integration Manager to lead the integration and consolidation of this Australia success story who are recently acquired entities.  This role will be responsible for driving the integration process, with a key focus on working with stakeholders to identify new growth opportunities, maximise cost-savings and ensure the efficient operations and sourcing arrangements of the newly acquired businesses.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:
 
Developing, executing and reviewing the integration plan for all newly acquired businesses
Identifying, evaluating and prioritising solutions, with assessment of risk and impacts, in relation to business requirements.
Identifying potential market share growth opportunities and working collaboratively with functional leads to deliver results.
Identifying opportunities for reducing complexity and costs of doing business
Driving actions that help achieve results in key areas of safety, quality, delivery and productivity.
Driving a ‘customer-centric’ and ‘continuous improvement’ culture with open communication ensuring best practice and compliance across all areas of the business.

About You

You are a resilient and strong leader, with a proven track record in driving business and operational success within building, construction or manufacturing industries. Your demonstrated expertise in project management methodology, ability to achieve through others and strong commercial acumen, will be integral to your success.
