Based in our National Support Office in Ballarat, you will…
  • Develop & oversee delivery and completions of Induction Programs
  • Contribute to development, implementation, & review of L&D Programs
  • Design, develop and deliver innovative learning solutions across multiple formats:
  • Develop eLearning modules using Articulate Rise
  • Design, develop and deliver face to face training presentations using Powerpoint
  • Design, develop and deliver training content suitable for webinar delivery using Teams or Zoom
  • Design and develop on-the-job assessment tasks and documentation
  • Design and develop instructional video content utilising Adobe Suite products
  • Ensure that training delivered is of a high quality and meets organisational, department and participant needs
  • Support the L&D Manager to identify learning needs and opportunities within the business
  • Provide consultancy services to Managers and Employees in relation to L&D initiatives
  • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to understand learning they need to be passed on to the broader network and develop learning solutions to meet their needs

What you bring to us…you're a motivated, hardworking individual who brings a qualification in training, assessment, graphic/digital design, or 2 years' relevant experience in designing educational learning/resource materials & content (elearning, presentations, videos, assessments etc) along with facilitating learning via training courses and/or coaching.

Most importantly though, you're a team player who gets a kick out of helping our team become the best they can be through innovative L & D learning programs!
